1. General Return Guidelines
- Return Period: You have 7 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
- Condition of Goods: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in unopened packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order number, or confirmation email is required.
- Return Approval: All returns must be pre-authorised — unapproved returns will not be accepted.
- Late Returns: Items returned after 7 days will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
2. Items Excluded from Returns
Due to hygiene and consumable nature, the following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used paper products (toilet rolls, serviettes, paper towels, etc.)
- Opened or used cleaning products (detergents, sprays, etc.)
- All sale items
3. Returns Process
- Contact Us: Email admin@versaluxe.co.za with your order number, items for return, and reason.
- Receive Authorisation: Once approved, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the Item: You are responsible for shipping costs unless the error is ours. Use a trackable service — VersaLuxe is not liable for lost or damaged parcels.
- Inspection & Refund: We’ll inspect your return and notify you of approval or rejection.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
- We’ll cover return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- You may choose a full refund, replacement, or alternative product (based on availability).
- Returns due to personal preference or dissatisfaction are accepted if they meet Section 1 conditions and the 7-day period.
5. Refunds
- Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Cash refunds are not offered.
- Late or Missing Refunds:
- Check your bank or card account.
- Contact your bank or credit card provider — posting times may vary.
- If you’ve done the above and still haven’t received your refund, contact us.
6. Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for damaged, defective, incorrect, or unsatisfactory items (as per Section 4).
- Items returned due to change of mind are refundable (not exchangeable) following Section 3 and 2.
- Replacements or alternatives depend on product availability.
